Therefore, we will conduct inspections to ensure there is not any unreported maintenance as well as ensuring your residents are following the terms of the lease agreement. Prior to a new resident occupying the property, we inspect the property to verify the move-in condition. We then generate a move-in report which includes photos of the property.
